By accessing or using the Piggy Power Washing website (the "Site") or booking a pressure washing, soft washing, or related exterior cleaning service (the "Services") with Piggy Power Washing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or book Services.
All estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing or verbally accepted by both parties. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of the estimate (for example, undisclosed damage, excessive buildup, or additional square footage discovered on site).
A flat, upfront price is provided before any work begins. We do not add hidden fees once a price has been approved, except for changes in scope requested by the customer.
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Weather-related delays (rain, freezing temperatures, high wind) are common in exterior cleaning and may require us to reschedule your appointment at no charge to you.
Work performed by Piggy Power Washing is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed service, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the specific area of concern at no additional charge, provided the request falls within the original scope of work.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property, including functioning outdoor water spigots and clearing the work area of vehicles, furniture, and valuables where reasonably possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or failing caulking/seals, aged paint, or deteriorated surfaces that may be exposed or affected by standard cleaning.
Piggy Power Washing carries general liability insurance and takes reasonable care on every job. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Content on this Site, including text, graphics, photos, and logos, is the property of Piggy Power Washing or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
